Booking organizers can add invoice recipients to their accounts. Doing so allows the individual to have visibility on all invoices for bookings via email. They will receive email notifications when an invoice is ready to be paid and when an invoice is adjusted or updated. They will also be able to download a PDF copy of the invoice.
To add a new invoice recipient to your Thriver account, login and select your account by clicking your initials at the top right-hand side of the page. From the drop-down menu choose your company’s name which will redirect you to your account settings.
From there, toggle to “Settings” and you should see a section titled “Invoicing.” Select “Add” and click on the account member you would like to add as an invoice recipient.
Please note that the invoice recipient must be added as a member of your account before being added as an invoice recipient. You can do so by following these instructions.
