If you have not received payouts for the bookings you have completed through Thriver, it is possible that you have not completed the set-up of your Stripe account in your Thriver provider portal.

As Thriver uses Stripe in order to process payouts to our providers, this account will need to be set up by you in order to receive the payouts for your completed bookings.

You can take a look at this article to assist you in getting this account set up to receive your payouts.

Please note that if you do not complete the set-up of your Stripe account, there will be a temporary grace period through which your payouts will still be sent to you for your completed bookings. After this grace period ends, you will no longer receive payouts from Thriver until your Stripe account has been successfully set up. Thriver has no further information on how long this grace period lasts for.
