To set up your account to receive payments for your bookings on Thriver, you can begin by logging into your Thriver portal account.
Once logged in, navigate to the “Payments” tab on the top-left hand side of the page.
From there, select the “Register now” button to begin the process of setting up your account with our payment system, Stripe.
If you do not complete the initial registration process at once, you can return to the "Payments" page to complete your set-up at a later time. When logged into your portal account, you will notice an exclamation icon next to the "Payments" tab, signalling that your registration has not been completed.
Please note that if you do not complete the set-up of your Stripe account, there will be a temporary grace period through which your payouts will still be sent to you for your completed bookings. After this grace period ends, you will no longer receive payouts from Thriver until your Stripe account has been successfully set up.
Once you select the "Register now" button, you will be guided through a series of prompts to set up your Stripe account. To begin, you will be asked to create your Stripe login information, using your mobile phone number and email address.
Once you select "Continue," you can expect to receive a verification code through your mobile device, that you will need to confirm in order to move forward in this registration process.
From there, you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your business, including your country of operation and business type.
You will then be asked to confirm some personal details, including your full name and date of birth.
Please note that you will be also be required to verify your identity by uploading a copy of government-issued ID once this registration is complete, under the "Account" tab in the payment section of your portal.
Once your business and personal details have been completed, you will be required to enter your banking details for your account. Please ensure that you input the banking details for the account you would like to receive your Thriver payouts to.
Lastly, you’ll be able to review the details you provided for your account, before completing your submission.
After submitting these details, you'll be all set! You will now have the ability to view all of your payout details for orders paid to you after you have set up your account. This can be done by clicking into the "Payments" tab of your portal account, which will redirect you to your Stripe page.
