When submitting images to be uploaded on the Thriver Platform, follow these guidelines:

.jpg and .png are the only image file types Thriver Platform supports
Animated .gif files and transparent .png will be rejected

Your images should work well on varying screen & browser sizes and for the best viewing experience, we recommend that you set all your images in horizontal orientation.

Ensure the most important content of your photo fits as closely as possible into the middle portion of the image as auto-cropping may occur to accommodate for multiple screen sizes.

Service Cover Image
Format: should always be the horizontal orientation (21:9)
Recommended dimensions: 2560×1080

Gallery Images
Format & Dimensions: 1 image: 21:8 - horizontal (2560×1080)
Note: your Cover image will by default also be the first image in the Gallery (and the only image if no additional images are provided).

Note: the top and bottom of the Cover image might get cut off on certain screen/browser sizes in the single-image Gallery. Ensure the most important aspect of your photo fits into the middle portion of the image.

You can use available online tools to crop and/or resize your image when needed:
Additionally, you can use apps on your phone/computer to crop and resize (such as Paint on PC and Preview on Mac OS).
