Once an event is confirmed and you’re ready to collect participant addresses for kit shipment, send a message to the customer to ask them to send you the addresses.

Here is a template that we have found works well.

Of course, be sure to store customers' personal information (such as addresses) in a secure way, and destroy the information once the event has completed.
