Yes! You will be able to send a message to the organizer who initiated the request from within your Service Provider Portal. There are three options to do so:

Login to your portal account and navigate to the relevant request or booking. Click the three dots beside the ‘View Details’ booking and click ‘Message the organizer’.

Option 1:

  • Log in to your Provider Portal account

  • Click on the message icon in the top-left corner

  • Navigate to the conversation with the customer in the list

Option 2:

  • Log in to your Provider Portal account

  • Navigate to the request you wish to message the organizer of

  • Click the three dots beside the ‘View Details’ booking and click ‘Message the organizer’:

Option 3:

  • Find the booking request in your email inbox

  • Click “Respond to this request” to be taken to the Provider Portal and log in to your account

  • Select the ‘Send them a message’ button from the Request Details page, which will open your chat with that customer

When viewing your message inbox, you will see every customer conversation to date in a panel on the left-hand side of the screen.

All interactions with any one customer will remain in one conversation, no matter how many times you communicate with them or how many events they book with you.
