You can view all your upcoming requests to book with Thriver from within your Service Provider Portal account.
To do so, login to and click on the ‘Requests’ tab along the header menu:
You will automatically land in the ‘Ready for Approval’ section, which is where you can view a list of experiences that require action from you:
They are listed in order of when they were received, beginning with the oldest request first. You can either ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ these requests by clicking on the ‘View Details’ button:
You will be taken to a page where you can review the request in full and submit your response:
Once you have approved a request, it will move to the ‘Pending customer checkout’ tab. If you decline a request, it will be moved to ‘Declined:
Clicking on each tab will navigate to the corresponding section. The number of requests in each tab will be visible for the ‘Ready for Approval’ and ‘Pending customer checkout’ sections.
