Yes! You can edit a customer's request to book as long as it’s prior to checkout. This means that you can edit the booking request at the ‘pending’ stage or the ‘approved’ stage (after you have already approved the initial request).
It’s possible to edit the following elements of the booking request:
Expected headcount
Price type (per person or flat fee)
Price amount
Add and select a new date and time
Booking title
Duration (in minutes)
Description

Editing a request prior to approval:
To edit the details of a request, select 'View Details' beside the corresponding booking:
From here, locate the element of the request that you wish to update and select 'Change':
For example, to change the price, scroll to the relevant section and click 'Change':
Make the necessary changes and select 'Confirm' and then 'Save and Approve'.
In both cases, the customer will receive an email notifying them of the approval and highlighting updated information.
Editing an approved request:
Clicking ' View details' or ' Edit request' will allow you to open the edit module for that request:
From here, locate the element of the request that you wish to update and select 'Change'.
Make the necessary changes and select 'Confirm' and then 'Save'.
Please note that you can make any edits but these are only saved upon clicking the ‘ Update response’ button. You are unable to decline a previously accepted booking while in edit mode, if you wish to do so, you must dismiss updates or leave the page.
