Have a question about a service? If so, you can ask the Service Provider directly! There are a few ways to do this.
Before requesting to book:
Login to your Thriver account and use the search bar to locate the service you are interested in knowing more about. Select the service, scroll down and click on the Service Provider’s name to be taken to their profile:
From here, you will see the option to send an inquiry directly to the Service Provider:
Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Message provider’ button, located below the service image:
It will open a chat window in your Inbox where you may start a conversation with the Service Provider:
If you have had a conversation with the provider in the past, it will reopen the same chat and you will continue to message from there. All correspondence with one provider will remain in one thread.
After requesting to book:
If you have submitted a booking request, you can ask the Service Provider a question directly from your dashboard.
To do so, login to your Thriver account and click on the calendar icon from the menu, click on the ‘Upcoming’ option and select the relevant booking. Here, you'll have two options:
1. Click on the speech bubble icon located at the bottom-right corner of the booking card, or
2. Click on the 'Message provider' button located at the bottom-left corner of the booking card:
It will open a chat window in your inbox where you may start a conversation with the Service Provider:
If you have had a conversation with the provider in the past, it will reopen the same chat and you will continue to message from there.
You also have the option to access all previous messages and conversations with Service Providers from your inbox within your Thriver account.
You can do so by logging into your Thriver account and clicking on the speech bubble icon from the menu. Click on any past conversation and send a new message to the respective provider:
