Is your team looking to reschedule the date or time of a booked event? If so, the best way to go about adjusting the booking is to reach out to the provider directly. You can do so through the speech bubble icon in the top right of your Thriver account.
When reaching out, it is best to include some alternative dates and times that work for your team, so that the provider can check if their host has availability on their calendar to move the event. Please note that within 5 business days leading up to your event, any rescheduling requests are at the discretion of the event provider.
After a new date and time for the event has been approved, please contact our Thriver Customer Support team and we will take care of adjusting your booking details on your behalf.
