Will the Concierge / Thriver Culture Expert be able to check out on my behalf?

The ability to check out an order is dependent on the settings in your account. 

You can choose to set yourself as the only person who can confirm bookings, or you can choose to allow anyone with the Concierge role to be able to confirm bookings.

To adjust these settings, follow these steps:

1. Once you've logged in, click over the profile icon located at the top right corner, and it will display a dropdown menu. There, you’ll need to select your company’s name icon:

2. Click into the ‘Settings’ tab:

3. Select or deselect options on that tab as needed:
