How do I book a Virtual Experience?
To book a Virtual Experience with Thriver, login to your account here.
Click on 'Experiences' along the sidebar menu on the left-hand side of the screen. From here, you can browse experiences by category or through our featured collections:
Click on the experience to learn more about the offering.
Each option will also provide the details of the experience, the service provider, what's included, and what you will need.
Once you have decided on the experience you're interested in, enter your preferred date, time and number of participants. You also have the option to enter multiple date and time options, to allow for alternative options if the original is not available.
Then click 'Add Experience': This will add the experience to your cart, and it will remain in 'Your Experiences' in bottom-right of the screen until you are ready to send the booking request. This allows you to continue to browse other options and you can edit or remove the experience from this section as needed.
When you're ready, click 'Send Booking Request'; this will go directly to the Service Provider.
Once the Service Provider approves the booking request, you will be notified by email. This will prompt you to click 'Complete your booking' in order to proceed to the next step.
Doing so, will prompt you to login to your Thriver account where you can complete the booking process by checking out your experience.
You will also be able see when your experience is ready for checkout from the Activities dashboard within your Thriver account.
Follow the prompts at checkout to complete your booking! You will receive a confirmation email once complete, containing the details of your experience.
