How do I enable the Top-Up feature for my order participants?
The Top-Up feature allows the participants of an order to add their own credit card to their account. This will allow them to choose a menu item that is over the provided budget and pay for the outstanding balance with their own selected payment method.
To enable this feature, start by creating a Group Order. Upon entering the order details, you'll see an option to 'Enable participant payment':
Select this to allow this option to be available for the participants of the order. You can specify an allowance the company will cover (Budget Per Person), with any amount above that will need to be paid by participants.
